Mr. Ali Akbar Chowdhury is a versatile entrepreneur, businessman and industrialist. He by dint of his diligence, hard work, entrepreneurial skill, sincerity and dedication came along a long way from a very humble background. In 1987 he established a proprietorship firm Mark Constructions, which was converted into a Limited Company in 1997 and he became the founder and the Managing Director of the firm. The firm is now one of the leading construction firms of the country. Drawing on the vast experience gathered over the years from the Mark Construction Ltd., Mr. Chowdhury by dint of his lone efforts set up a real estate firm named First Choice Holdings Ltd. in 2007 , with a firm commitment to ensure quality and safety in this arena . He has also been Contributing immensely to the knitwear sector of Bangladesh through supply of yarn produced in Syed Spinning & Cotton Mills Ltd., established in Sirajgonj in 2006. Mr. Syed Eleus Sirajee, Chairman of Prokalpa Bastobayan Limited, First Choice Holding Limited & Managing Director of Syed Spinning & Cotton Mills Ltd, Syed Spinning Mills Ltd, Allegiant Limited . He born on 19th January 1961 a well known Sirajee family in Sirajgonj. He is descendant of famous writer and pioneer of Syed Ismail Hossain Sirajee, who is one of the most prominent figures in the Bengali Muslim Reawakening during the British occupation. Syed Eleus Sirajee with a Master’s Degree from Rajshahi University. In 1981, he started business enterprise in the service sector along with commercial trading in the domestic front. The journey of the Group was started with the establishment of its mother company in the fashion of Prokalpa Bastobayan Limited. Under me able leadership over the years, Syed Group has successfully implemented a well-designed corporate management structure with clearly defined responsibilities and delegation of authority for project implementation keeping the track of accountability. The group is now directly employing a workforce of more than two thousands and indirectly covered livelihood of more than Ten Thousand of people. Over 32 years Experience in Construction, Development, Real Estate, Spinning and Textile business owner.
